Jason Squier

President

Jason Squier started Performance Communications in 2002 and transformed the company from a start-up to a significant regional player in the cell tower industry. Jason oversees a team of professionals who design, build, operate, and maintain telecommunications infrastructure for telecom carriers, and utility companies nationwide. 

Jason directly oversees the day-to-day operations which include new site builds, foundations, tower erection, civil work, cell site maintenance, DAS installations, fiber installations, Microwave, and carrier equipment installations. Jason is a 25-year customer focused result driven Telcommunications executive. He began his career in the industry as a tower hand on a stacking crew before founding Performance Communications over 20 years ago.

Education

 After graduating High School, Jason joined the United States Marines and served in the infantry. Where he gained his "will not fail attitude". Jason is also a licensed pilot and uses this as a strategic advantage when overseeing multiple jobs going on in different geographic locations.
